1. Agreement, licence and Apple terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between MINDIF AI LTD ("Mindif"), a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Unit 28-29, Nene Court, The Embankment, Wellingborough, NN8 1LD, and you. By downloading or using Yeniden you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The app itself, and any in-app purchase made through the App Store, are also licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's terms for App Store purchases, the mandatory terms prevail.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 to use the app, create an account or write in the Community. Copy is shame-free: a relapse does not erase your history; the clock starts again.

3. Health, emergency and service limits

Yeniden is not a clinic and no content in the app or in Community posts is medical advice or medical treatment. Always consult a qualified physician. The app does not guarantee that a quit attempt succeeds and is not responsible for relapse, withdrawal symptoms, crisis moments or medical complications. Do not rely on the app as a crisis service, and do not use it while driving or in any situation where a notification could create risk.

4. Intellectual property and your licence

The app, its interface, audio exercises, illustrations, text and marks belong to Mindif and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own recovery. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the law allows.

5. Device security and app lock

The optional PIN or biometric lock is verified on your device through secure hardware (Secure Enclave / Android Keystore). We never store your PIN on our servers. If you forget it, resetting local data is your responsibility.

6. Accounts, suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or permanently close an account, without prior notice and without refund, if it breaches these Terms or the Community guidelines, if we reasonably suspect drug or substance trafficking, harassment, fraud or a risk to other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription; you must cancel it in your App Store settings.

7. Community posts, pre-moderation and indemnity

If you write in the Community, that is user-generated content and you are solely responsible for it. We host a post in the room you select on your device; we do not record which rooms you joined. Keep posts on that room's topic. Sourcing, offering, selling or soliciting drugs, alcohol, tobacco or gambling is strictly prohibited. Posts are pre-moderated through automated AI filtering and human review before they appear, and we may refuse, hold or remove content. Notice-and-takedown: report issues to admin@mindif.co; we review and remove infringing content. Helplines stay usable without email verification. You keep ownership of your posts, and you grant Mindif a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, moderate (including automated screening), translate and display them as needed to run the Community. You agree to indemnify Mindif against claims and costs arising from content you post.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Yeniden Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store. The price and period are shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. There is no free trial. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy and mandatory consumer law; we do not receive your card details.

9. Consumer rights and withdrawal

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. Where the law provides a right of withdrawal for digital services, it is exercised as that law requires. In Turkey, because the service is performed immediately in electronic form and you give explicit consent at purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation; statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

10. Prohibited conduct

Do not: post illegal content; impersonate others; scrape or automate access; attempt to bypass the paywall, moderation or security; upload malware; use the Community for commercial solicitation; or encourage self-harm, substance use or violence. We may remove content and report serious cases to the competent authorities.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindif disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindif's total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Yeniden Plus in the 12 months before the event, and to 2,500 TRY for free users. Mindif is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits or relapse. These limits do not apply to death, personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email, and the version number above changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the app and delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers may also use the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts available under mandatory law in their country of residence. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim where the law gives you that right.

15. Apple and third-party beneficiaries

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Standard EULA applies to your licence of the app. The app may link to third-party resources; we are not responsible for them.

16. Copyright complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@mindif.co with your contact details, the work, the URL or post, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.

17. Dispute resolution and general terms

Before suing, you agree to contact admin@mindif.co and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally, except where the law gives you an immediate right to go to court. To the extent permitted by law, you and Mindif waive participation in class or representative actions; this waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law, including for consumers in Turkey and the EU. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between us, replace prior statements, and may not be assigned by you without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or asset sale. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities. Notices may be sent electronically to the email you registered or the address displayed in the app.
